WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Currently, we ship to California and Oregon.

If you want our wine, but do live in Cali or Oregon, please send us an email and we will get on it! Some states will never allow out of state DTC (direct to consumer) shipping, some will with a permit. 

FULFILLMENT POLICY

Orders are shipped from a temperature controlled warehouse. You will receive a notification when we receive your order as well as one when we ship your package. 

REFUND POLICY/ DAMAGE PACKAGES

ALL ALCOHOL SALES ARE FINAL

Please review your order confirmation to make sure all items are correct 

It is technically illegal to return purchased alcohol, even if you never opened it. In addition, while there is a FRAGILE sticker, you never know just how gently the packages are handled once not in CIttavino & Co. hands. BUT, in the end, we heart you and believe in customer satisfaction. Cittavino & Co. will assume responsibility for any wrong or damaged bottles and will replace damaged/lost orders, issue store credit, or a refund depending on the situation. 

If you think your wine is off or corked, contact us so we can sort it out together.

I DON’T LIKE THE WINE I ORDERED

That happens… as much as we want to please everyone and cater to everyone’s palate, we don’t always hit the bull’s eye. Regardless, please let us know if you are dissatisfied with any wine purchased. We want to get to know you and your palate and will therefore need your feedback. Once we start a conversation, we can also discover what kind of wines you do like and how to then seek them out.
