The Oakland Transitional Housing Alliance is an umbrella non-profit for the Urban University, The Oakland Elizabeth House, and Diamond in the Ruff—3 black women-led Oakland nonprofit organizations. Each organization is dedicated to assisting single mothers provide the best life for themselves and their children. We are honored to support them in this mission.
