Lady sommelier owned, focusing on artisanal and community driven wine producers. We go as deep as possible, and are honing more in on Biodynamic, or variations there of, viticulture. Throwing around words like “sustainable” don’t work for us- it has to have a philosophy behind it and Cittavino & Co. makes that philosophy transparent.

all wines in the shop…
are made with organically grown grapes- no pesticides, fungicides, or chemical fertilizers. We also seek out producers utilizing Biodynamic methods.
have no chemical additions, no added sugars, no powdered tannin… no additives! save for small amounts of sulfur and occasionally, selected yeasts.
have low sulfur counts, well below conventional amounts, with the majority of our shop featuring wines under 50mg/L.
have a mission beyond the wine- producers that want to uplift a region, support their community, and offer you a product that connects you to nature and humanity. Often the producers we represent collaborate amongst each other
are small production. We focus on producers making 100k or less bottles, the majority coming from 25k or less production.
